Observation Form Section

 

This section presents observation reports that provide critical insights into teaching and learning practices. It includes reports submitted by both the mentor and the supervisor, offering an external evaluation of classroom dynamics, lesson delivery, and student engagement. These observations highlight areas of strength and opportunities for growth in my teaching practice, reflecting the value of feedback in professional development.

 

Additionally, this section contains two observation reports prepared by me, based on detailed observations of peer teaching sessions. Each report is followed by a one-page write-up, offering a reflective analysis of the observed lessons. These write-ups explore the teaching strategies employed, classroom management techniques, and the impact of these practices on student learning. By critically analyzing these sessions, I have identified transferable insights that have informed and enhanced my teaching methodologies.

 

This dual perspective—external evaluations and my reflective observations—demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement and the integration of evidence-based practices in my teaching journey.
